Will I have a cleaning at my first appointment?

Are all plans in-network?
No. Provider acceptance and in-network participation are different. Please confirm your exact network and plan before treatment.
Can I use membership and insurance together?
No. The membership is intended for patients without dental insurance. Membership savings cannot be combined with insurance benefits or other discounts.
Will I know my estimated cost before treatment?
The practice can discuss an estimate based on the recommended care and available benefit information. Your insurer determines actual payment under your plan.
Does the membership renew automatically?
Confirm renewal and cancellation terms with the practice before enrolling.
Does an emergency exam include treatment?
No. The adult plan includes the examination only. Any imaging or treatment beyond the routine included benefits may have a separate fee.
Can our family visit the same practice?
Yes. We welcome children and adults. Let us know who needs an appointment so the team can discuss suitable visit times for each person.
Will insurance cover cosmetic treatment?
Benefits vary. Many plans exclude treatment performed only for appearance. We can review an estimate with you before you choose treatment.
Do I have to decide at my first visit?
You can ask questions and take time to review your options. If a problem needs prompt attention, your dentist will explain why and discuss the available next steps.
Is every patient a candidate for implants?
No. Suitability depends on your oral and general health and the support available for an implant. Your dentist can explain appropriate options after an examination.
How long will treatment take?
